so I should pay someone everytime I want an image of one of my characters? or situation in my book? No. If you are afraid of AI, that's fine. But I'm not. Stop being so afraid of what is here and coming. You disagree, and that's ok with me.

Who said I had a book cover done in AI? I have NO bookcovers done in AI. Mine are done by digital artists. One who assumes.... well, you know.

So, having a discussion here about using AI. Apparently, I'm a bad girl for using AI to generate images of characters in my novel. I use them to promote my novel and just to have some fun with them. Worked in tech since '75. I understand AI. We fear what we do not understand. What about you? :)

Happy Perihelion Day! Today Earth reaches the closest point to the Sun in its orbit. Here are two images I took of the Sun last year showing that the Sun does indeed look a bit bigger in January when we are closest to the Sun than it does in July when we are farthest. 🔭

why? It's fun. And having a programming background, it really helps on some things, esp programming, self-produced imaging, and organizing.
