When a hurricane struck North Carolina, Republicans lied about FEMA.
When a terrorist attacked New Orleans, Republicans lied about immigration.
When wildfires hit Los Angeles, Republicans lied about fire dept. funding and DEI.
Exploiting tragedy is part of the GOP playbook. Helping victims is not.

What's happening today isn't a philosophical debate over whether democracy or autocracy is preferable.
It's a smash-and-grab by the super-rich, who are bankrolling a torrent of lies to pave the way for widespread financial exploitation.
It's organized crime, not politics.
