The EU continues to hold Iran accountable. Today, EU Member States ambassadors approved new sanctions targeting 19 regime officials and entities responsible for serious human rights violations. As the Iran war continues, the EU will protect its interests and pursue those responsible for domestic repression. It also sends a message to Tehran that Iranโs future cannot be built on repression.
You can't make this up. The EU is sanctioning Iran after it has been victimized by EU allies the US and Israel in an illegal and genocidal war of aggression.
And they are congratulating themselves for it.

Intel agency reports wonโt mention these things or the immense political, military and financial harm and polarisation caused by the govts they represent, because theyโre complicit.
TLDR: Thereโs a reason for the saying, โThe rot starts at the top.โ
The example always set by adults in power is that of taking part in, or excusing, mass violence (to benefit bank balances). NZโs govt being a staunch ally of the US for decades means a number of NZ citizens & businesses also align with and support America's use of violence (Rocket-Lab for instance).

He listed โthe global environment, increased polarisation online, more young people engaging with violent content onlineโ. โThereโs also the ability for people to go a long way down the radicalisation path by just engaging with a computer. So that is a concern.
Intel agencies are very keen to place the focus on โshadowy figures onlineโ as being the major cause of concern, whereas the people with the most influence (those in charge of govts, law enforcement, media, & businesses) are made up of warmongers, bullies, predators, and wealth takers/hoarders.
