Yes he has to sign or we sell. The other issue is Chelsea have a big sell on clause in it as well about 20% not an easy one to get over the line yet. Think we will find out more b4 the weekend.

Think Palace are trying to extend his contract and make him one of our highest earners with a release clause to protect ourselves. If he refuses to sign them I believe we will accept your offer.
