logically, returning to the environment/situation that broke you is not the answer - very easy to dismiss people as not being in their "right mind" simply because they are mentally ill, when we are actually thinking far more rationally than those who think they know what's best. ๐ซถ๐ป
ah, but the mentally ill have far more insight into mental illness than the people who ๐ต๐ฉ๐ช๐ฏ๐ฌ they know how to fix us & apply their "knowledge" as though we aren't all individuals. we also have experience into what helps and doesn't help in regards to our own healing. โค๏ธโ๐ฉน
