I can only assume that this is happening because it's just too darn hard to sift through all of the Trump lunacy and put together pieces that adequately capture the danger, ridiculousness and silliness of it all. Much easier to point out the flaws of the normal people.

If you're writing about Pam Bondi being the new AG nom and the fact she took a $25k bribe from Trump not to go after his scam university isn't in the first two grafs, you're burying the most important info. She was picked because she's a pliable stooge. The end.

This right here can never be said enough. The lack of movement on criminal charges against Trump - specifically for the fake electors scheme - contributed significantly to the ability of the GOP and rightwing media to whitewash the entire thing. And here we are.
