I really hate how the Olympics will focus on the grief of the athletes sometimes. They'll mess up, clearly upset, crying after their run, the camera will zoom in on them sobbing for 2 minutes
Then the reporter will all be: "we watched you bawling, tells us how youre feeling" like come on, fuck off
A fellow author I met on Twitter a long time ago, long before we were both published, has had a lot of success. She recently posted fans in cosplays of here characters! How freaking cool? That's the dream!

I'm not saying I want this space flooded with advertising, but I woke up today feeling very annoyed with every publisher/ toy company/ movie studio/ streamer/ etc that's decided it's a better for them to stay on the child-porn-generating site.
While independent bookstores are giving out free whistles, hosting protest sign making events, and donating proceeds to mutual aid, Amazon is *checks notes* providing technology that assists ICE in their terrorizing of communities.
Independent bookstores deserve your support. Amazon does not.

Truly odd honestly. Like on one hand I get it. Same result over and over so something has got to get shaken up to keep the front office appeased but damn they dealt with so many injuries, on top everything. I would've at least tried to get a big tine WR for Allen and gave McDermott one more year.
It’s been 29 days since 100% of the Epstein files were supposed to be fully released. Thus far less than 1% of heavily redacted and unexplained files have been released.
These are concentration camps. And these are the numbers they're comfortable sharing.

I watched it, that actually makes it much worse. He never should have been in front of the SUV. We are trained do not get in front of a vehicle like that, there’s only bad outcomes. Also, his video clearly shows she was not surreptitiously reaching for any objects within the vehicles drivers compartment, so the only defense for the agent would be that she was trying to run him over, which clearly isn’t the case, as emphasized by the fact that his legs were out of the way. The video also shows the SUV was moving so slowly that even in icy conditions he should’ve just moved out of the way. In the department of justice we are prohibited from using deadly force purely to prevent escape. Bad shoot all around
