A fireproof doormat is a great daily reminder of how incremental changes can scale to remove risk. We're now giving them away!
Fire policy expert @michaelwara.bsky.social and team just released this paper, which matches what I've been thinking this year.

After nearly 3 years in a very tiny office wedged between a hair stylist and a dental practice, Fire Aside has now moved to a more spacious locale, less than 1/2 a mile away.
