I flit between the two, I don’t post much but scroll to keep up with events. I’ve had a break from sm over Christmas & feel better for it. Here feels more balanced but many post more over there still so for now I’ll use both but this is more pleasant overall, and new people keep it fresh.

They should be careful what they wish for - but no doubt will blame it on the IHT changes rather than their beloved Brexit. Fucking morons.

Left: Richard Tice complains about the destruction of the UK car industry

Right: That time Patrick Minford told Rory Stewart that Brexit would destroy the UK car industry, "You are going to have to run it down.. It will be in your interest to do it.. These things happen"

It’s unfortunate that Dick is as thick as mince. Still, he’ll be heard by a bucket load of idiots who’ll all nod along, ignoring the ever growing elephant of Brexit in the room.

Just feeling heard & not shouted down, even if not in charge, is a very welcome change.

They had 14 years to sort it out - 14!!! Engineered a situation where their rich mates made loads of money from hotels & barges housing people in squalid conditions & people entitled to asylum got lost in the system, and now whinge & moan about it. Shitehawks the bloody lot of them!

The benefits bill is so high because we use it to fund low wages by employers and high rent by landlords.

We have a live example of why they're called "pig-butchering" scammers! They're called that because they use the whole pig, ie, they don't just take a little money from their victims, they slaughter them and use them all. I'm gonna be slow on this thread because I'm doing exhaustive alt text, but:

I couldn’t believe this tweet was real. I had to go to X to check.

Incredibly, it is real. Has the PM *no* awareness of the reputation of BlackRock?

Makes me wonder if I’m doing friendships incorrectly. Should I include a few loudmouth, thuggish, violent bores to join me & my lovely friends on a night out so that we don’t have to spend our evening having a really nice time? It’s a bit of a mad argument if you put it into real life instead of sm.

I don't blame the farmers.
I blame the Brexiters who stitched them up like kippers and the very same people who are now "backing the cause".... oh and the tabloid owning millionaires and their billionaire mates who have conned them into believing a whopping pack of lies.
