If they found you online, they already know English. Besides, English is a requirement for (all) developer jobs.
It's also about reading speed. Even fluent Hindi speakers are ~2x faster at reading English text than Hindi text.

The biggest things are 1/ your "one big idea", and 2) how many organic upvotes you get.
The ones you get in the first 30 minutes after launch - in my experience - matter the most.
This will also help your product reach the top 10 and be seen by everyone visiting that day.
