It’s very strange that many headlines today are a about war making petroleum more expensive rather than war killing people, harming people, destroying the environment.

It’s Friday March 13 again just like it was in 2020 but that’s not spooky when compared to the fact that we’ve been living in the twilight zone for 4+ years as most of the world past tenses a pandemic that is still disabling and killing people. Your constant denial is spooky.

I hate how math is forced to continuously justify itself by its uses and it can't just be allowed to stand on its own.

Humans have done art for thousands of years because that's what humans do. It's the same with math. Humans reason about pretend things that don't matter, and that's okay.

Working in a pandemic world is just listening to colleagues say “there must be something going around” on a weekly basis for years and trying to decide if you wanna remind them it’s covid or silently scream into the void again.

So the fact that we bombed a girls elementary school, while likely using AI for targeting, is going to be a major headline story dominating American news coverage when exactly?
