TX Supreme Court rules PFLAG must turn over records incl. lists of trans youth health care providers and plans for alternative care options. PFLAG had sued to block Atty Genl investigation of TX PFLAG families providing GAC to their children.
There is no plan to mitigate climate breakdown or avoid ecosystem collapse. The plan is to conquer and further subjugate the rest of the world, steal resources, and imprison dissidents and climate migrants.

The legislature could look at the evidence and decide for itself which plan would best promote the flourishing of Tennesseans. If the Tennessee legislature can legitimately prohibit these treatments, then the West Virginia legislature may legitimately determine that providing Medicaid coverage for these procedures is not worth the cost to its taxpayers.
