Middle distance staring can’t be overused in this kind of situation. Counting ceiling tiles, outlining them or connecting the dots in my head with my “mind finger,” finding shapes/pictures in the dots - all solid gold activities. How long will you be in-patient?

What options do you have in regards to spending your time while in the hospital? Terrible hallmark movies? Coloring? Just crying? (No bad answers)

Apparently, decaf coffee is more acidic than regular coffee, so going that direction doesn’t solve my stomach issues. Thanks for the suggestion!
