Youth participants gain practical knowledge in ecological farming, ecosystems, Indigenous agricultural practices, plant identification, food preservation, and preventing food waste. They also led farm stands where they presented the jams, pickles, teas and other recipes they prepared with the public
We have the pleasure of hosting skilled and talented youth who work alongside our programming teams to develop skills in the field of agriculture and food justice.
