Heathcliff sits in a cavernous, dark, sparsely furnished room with Mr Earnshaw, and their servant Nelly. Heathcliff is dressed simply, in dirtied clothes, his hair long and straggly. The gown begins in a beige corset with lace details and a sweetheart neckline, which flows into a dramatic, billowing skirt which fades from black at the top to blood red at the bottom in an ombre effect. At the top, the outfit is sleek and form fitting, but at the bottom it's so wide that Margot would struggle to fit through a doorway. Tied behind the gown is a very large black bow, making her look like a gift. She wears a choker necklace with a huge golden heart pendant, and her hair in a low, elegant bun. She stands poised, almost ballerina-like, with her hands resting on the front of her hips. The floor of the room is blood red and the wood panelled wall behind is white. Off to the side is an all white ornate chair.
