For these reasons, I am not planning to retire from SW until I age out of it or if I happen to meet someone I want to marry.
Therefore, I will be around—in my balanced and limited way ❤️
For me, SW isn’t a full-time profession. It is something I do on the side that allows me to live a far more comfortable and financially secure lifestyle than I would otherwise be able to.
I will never not be thankful for this and for the wonderful connections that SW has allowed me to make.
This is why I don’t post new photos or update my OF very often. Focusing on living my civilian life allows me to show up with energy and enthusiasm when a gentleman books me, rather than with stress and burn-out.
I’ve been able to do SW for years now because I am very low-volume and focus most of my attention on my “civilian” life (my non-SW business, hobbies, writing, etc.)
If one “goes hard” in this industry, one can only do it for so long. The key to long-term health and safety in SW is balance ❤️

On a positive note, it’s great to see how passionate the writing and art communities are about defending human-created work.
They/we have taken a strong collective stance against the idea that “people don’t care if art was created by a human or not!”
I’ve essentially lost one of my civvie income sources now. Not because of AI itself, but because the many human scammers who “edit” their clients’ work by running it through ChatGPT have overrun and ruined the industry 🙄
It’s scary how common AI scammers are on online gig sites now. ”Editors,“ “illustrators,” etc.
The AI-generated slop they give their clients isn’t actually good enough to replace human work… but there are so many of these human scammers using AI that humans who still produce human work get buried.
