Thank you 😁 it’s felt so good to be seeing these skills develop more. All my many hundreds of hours drawing designs has really improved my drawing skills in other areas!

I do it mostly by hand, actually. I use Notion and Google Drive for a lot of note keeping, and in the last iteration of our business I had an iPad. We just reopened the company a month ago so hoping to get another, eventually, and when that happens would love to learn ProCreate. What about you?

It’s taken so much practice! I was just thinking back to my drawings from college over a decade ago and how undeveloped they were. I’ve tried to develop so many skills over the years and while many of them didn’t quite evolve with me, it’s a relief to see that drawing has!

As an ecological designer, I feel pretty comfortable drawing out landscapes from a bird’s eye view—capturing plant and feature placements. I’m leaning into my growth edge and practicing other types of drawings, this one inspired from the back cover of “Practical Permaculture.”
