Giant trophy at center court
Southland conference court is so extra. That's more than the NBA did for the fucking finals last year #cbb
Starting to think that not only is the universe a simulation, it's a shitty AI simulation, so let's see:

I hate to say it because I love him, but he was too short to play his position his way in the league and he didn't amount to much
Wasn't Vinsanity the last one still going? I vaguely remember that from the covid season
They struggle because they desire to be eaten

The podcast is going to be live on CBSSN from 1-2 ET today and in one segment we're going to talk about a few of our favorite conference tournament memories from over the decades.
What are yours? What moments/runs from the past 10/20/30/40 years BEFORE the NCAAT still live in your head?
2011 Big East tourney! I watched UConn win that ish and said, this team isn't gonna lose again. Was BAFFLED when no one else in my bracket pool took them π€― if I ever meet Kemba Walker in person I owe him a beer

Watch the Flying Hellfish episode of the Simpsons for a good explainer
2 things:
1) a book by Michael Shermer, How We Believe. Unfortunately he turned out to be a real piece of shit, alas. Pour one out for the new atheist movement
2) our priest telling us in a sermon that it was our duty to convert our Jewish brethren to the 'one true faith' bc it's the end times

Really resisting the urge to metaphorically cc a lot of the fan base on this one
For the record I never saw ads back on Twitter. Adguard kicks ass. Sometimes I see other people's screenshots and I wonder how y'all live like that
