A drawing I made a while ago.

I know I like to draw, despite struggling with not being happy with my work and the emotional turmoil while drawing. However, I am glad I made these sketches and I hope I will look back more fondly on them, with even more sketches to share that helped me grow.

Thinking about this rose study I did a while back...

example of a part of lineart being transformed with liquify tool in clip studio - in color and monochrome layers mode, to show that the monochrome version keeps the lines pixelated/unblurred

okay this is HUGE??? (clip studio)
For lineart specifically (monochrome stuff), if your layer is in "color" mode, liquify tool will most likely blur it during transformation...
If you set it to "monochrome" first, IT STAYS CRISPY 🤯🤯🤯

I keep an 'aesthetic' sketchbook in my downtime, mostly because I really want to do a sketchbook tour video at the end. This piece turned out way fancier than I'd intended and I think my brain might have been channelling Zelda. Acrylic markers, regular markers, gouache & some pencil.
