Some of us were fortunate to meet Bill in person at the #sschat unconferences at NCSS and other conferences, while others were friends via #sschat and other online interactions. 👥🧑🏽🏫👥👩🏼💻👥🧑🏽💻
He also maintained a website classroomtools.org where he shared tools and resources long after he retired from the classroom so that current social studies teacher could benefit from his years of experience. 🧑🏻🏫
Bill posted as @classroomtools for many years, first on Twitter (X) and most recently making the move towards Bluesky. Bill was a frequent contributor to our traditional weekly Monday night chats, and supported our move in recent months to a slow chat format on Bluesky. 🦋
