Immigration detention in Greece is a shady business. In 2024/25, #DetentionLandscapes collaborated with a 3D modelling specialist Boudewyn vD and a team of volunteers to visually recreate 5 immigration detention sites.

International Women's Day is a day of protest and collective action.
'Woman's Day' was first recognized in the US in 1910 following the 13 week long strike of 20,000 female garment workers.
Four years later on this day in Russia, bread riots led by women fed directly into the 1917 revolution.
It was wrong and harmful - and quite possibly unlawful - to cut already approved NEH grants because Donald Trump hates "DEI."
But the way DOGE went about doing it was even dumber than you probably imagined.
They fed abstracts into ChatGPT and demanded an answer in fewer than 120 characters.

We are working to gather more information, working to reach the family, and providing legal support. An administrative warrant is not sufficient. If law enforcement agents seek entry to non-public areas of the University, ask the agents to wait to enter any non-public areas until contacting Public Safety. Public Safety will contact the Office of the General Counsel to coordinate the University's response. Do not allow them to enter or accept service of a warrant or subpoena.
