I had the same reaction to the whole thing.

Ultimately, the Big Ten Tournament isn't a big deal for Wisconsin or Illinois.
They're both getting their names called Sunday.
But you wouldn't know it watching this game. Balls out, both teams.
Great game.
UMD sophomore Adam Kleber has been named the NCHC Defensive Defenseman of the Year.
Denver junior Eric Pohlkamp beat out UMD's Ty Hanson for the Offensive Defenseman award.
Tomorrow looks like a nice day to drive to Grand Forks.
Sunday looks like it could be a sketch as hell day to drive to Duluth.
Welcome to our luxurious life.
I know I told y'all to stay home and #ListenToTheRadio tomorrow.
But there are still quite a few tickets up for grabs for tomorrow. Might as well take the place over if they're gonna let us.
If you haven't seen The Ralph, it's worth the trip by itself.
PODCAST
North Dakota hockey coach Dane Jackson talks about UND's run to the Penrose, the play of defenseman Jake Livanavage, and tomorrow's game against UMD.
We also visit with UMD sophomore forward Zam Plante, who enters tomorrow with six goals over his last three games.

Sounds like the NCHC did the right thing here. UND earned a home game and should get some benefits in terms of the game day presentation and atmosphere. Glad the league didn't move to sterilize the games and try to act like they should be more neutral.
If Auston Matthews decides he's played his last game for Toronto, I'm not sure I can blame him.
In fact, I would probably encourage it.
What a garbage franchise. Imagine that being done to a captain anywhere else and the player responsible skates off without a scratch on him.
Yeah.

NCHC takes its playoffs to campus, could it be the last step toward an NCAA change?, recapping UMD's dramatic wins over St. Cloud State, UND preview, Livanavage, more
Especially when we look back to this after Game 3 against Mankato

Saw a lot of overthinking going on. Or at least it looked that way. Same in the Mankato series.
UMD's last shot on goal came with 3:27 to go. They attempted five (5) the rest of the way.
Well, shit.

Fingernails on a chalkboard.

That's faint praise.

I'm too busy trying not to have an aneurysm with the rampant mispronunciations.
Poor @kgrgas.bsky.social is going to have to do what USA Hockey does and put phonetics on the line chart for literally every player.
How do these clowns get Gascon right (like, they're nailing it perfectly every time), but they can't manage Rae Mayer's name?
I'm going to have a stroke.
Highly recommend mute if you're watching, which I hope you are. My blood pressure is steadily rising.
Whoever it is needs to never do this again. I'd rather listen to Bucci and I'm serious.
SAN MARTEEN OMG IT'S SAINT MARTIN AND IT LITERALLY SAYS THAT ON THE EFFING LINE CHART
HOW DO YOU GET MAHER OUT OF MAYER WHAT IS THIS SHIT
OMG one of the announcers just said that no one has established control yet.
They've played 47 seconds.
Sir.
Psyched to watch a hockey game through netting for however long this takes.
As someone who's been to Oxford for hockey-related reasons a few times, it's a campus that has a bit of "rich kid" feel to it.
Oxford also has a great dive bar right in the middle of downtown. Mac N Joe's. Highly recommend.
The weather might suck.
Stay home and #ListenToTheRadio.
