It's been over a year since I moved from the private sector into public service; it's been extremely fulfilling. I enjoy interacting with the variety of age groups in Parks and Recreation that I wasn't getting from esports.
I do see a lot of opportunities to integrate videogames with programming.

Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act in 2005 instituted USA National Park Service to collect and retain revenue to enhance visitor experience. It's an 80/20 split for the park with fees and to help ones without.
Parks needed funding so this was a solution for a very tax adverse population.

During this summer I worked outside a lot helping the public with excessive heat and we really have massive issue during peak heat waves for many cities.
I hope next summer folks take heat as serious as hurricanes because heat is as deadly as car accidents in a year.
