A social media graphic for Women’s History Month, featuring a picture of Michelle Obama on the middle left, Mother Teresa in the middle, and Sylvia Rivera on the middle right. The text at the bottom reads, “Changers | Doers | History Makers.”
To all my ladies out there, keep shining and thriving 🩵
Wisdom. It's something we all need, and it's something the Bible tells us to seek after. However, did you know that the word is feminine in both Hebrew and Greek? Check out this interview I did with Apostle Dr. Lee Ann B. Marino to see why this is important and what it means for us.
JOIN ME next Tuesday and Thursday as I minister the word for two ministries online. On-time and amazing, I'm looking forward to seeing you there!
Switching things up for this post. I'm doing a series for Women's History Month, and I'd thought I'd start off with a book recommendation. If you're looking for a good read this month, you'll want to check out this recommendation.
Illustration of a small black cat with large white eyes sitting on a grassy field. The background is a textured sky blending bluish-gray tones with abstract warm orange shapes layered across it. The text above reads: “It’s almost never about being fully ready. It’s mostly about being brave enough to try and choose courage anyway.”
Sermon starting soon!
Friendly reminder about our monthly service today! Sunday school starts at 1 PM EST. Ty to @beloved-not-broken.bsky.social for being willing to be featured
Sorry this post is a day late and being published so late, but I wanted to get this last post out before the month's over. Thank you to everyone who's tuned into this series. Read on to see how this poem inspired this post (and see a Sanctuary announcement at the end).
A graphic for Aromantic Awareness Week (February 16-22). It has 3 pictures: the too of a group of people side hugging each other with the text “Just as Valid” at the top, a picture of the Sanctuary ministers in the middle with the text “Just as Loving” at the top, and a bottom picture of two males with the text “Just as real” at the bottom. The colors are all aro-themed, and the Sanctuary logo’s in the bottom right corner
So i realize this is very late, but i still wanted to post this for Aro Awareness Week because we don’t talk about aromanticism enough 💚🤍🩶🖤
Sorry this post is a day late; had to sit on some of my thoughts with this one. This is probably one of my most controversial posts to date, but just hear me out, okay? I promise it's worth it.
So I have another new obsession, and it's the movie Sinners. But like my Hazbin posts, there's a lesson that saints can learn from these sinners. Read on to see what I mean.
A graphic of a black male in the top left corner with “Celebrate” at the top, a photo of a black woman in the top right corner with “Shine” at the top, a photo of me in the bottom left corner with “Endure” at the bottom, and a photo of a black male with “Thrive” at the bottom. The text in the middle reads, “Black History Month” and has the Sanctuary logo beneath it
🫶🏾🤎🖤
A purple graphic with a calendar in the middle that says: “Schedule Change! Our Monthly Service will now be on 2/8 @ 1 PM. Keep checking our socials to stay updated on our events! www.welcomeinthisplace.org"
Sunday update! Sorry it’s kinda late
Sanctuary’s calendar of events for February. Please dm if you have any questions!
February’s schedule is here! There’s a strong chance we won’t have our monthly service tomorrow, but I’ll keep you posted!
Did you tell me about this one, too??
Today, I bring you your weekly devotional based off EPIC: The Musical. Again. (Look I can't help that Jorge altered my brain chemistry with this, or that God keeps revealing stuff to me through it). Anyway, this post is a sequel to last week's, so read that one first to understand this one.
Bringing back EPIC for this post. It's a little long, so grab some water and a snack or something while you read about how God revealed Themselves to me through the actions of the suitors in "Hold Them Down."
An MLK Day graphic that says, “Never give up on the dream.” at the top. At the bottom, it says, “Dr. Martin Luther King, JR. Day 1/19.” The background is of clasping hands from a white person and a black person with a silhouette of MLK over it in the middle.

A day late, but a repost of a post I did for Sanctuary's communal blog, Write the Vision. This one introduces my latest obsession, The Mighty Nein, and reintroduces a familiar concept about having faith when God feels absent.
Yes
Jk; we’re back lol
Sorry for the delay! Dealing with some tech issues atm 😫
Late getting these announcement graphics out, but @welcomeinthisplace.bsky.social would love to have you if you can come to any of our events! You can also tune into our service livestream through the FB link in my bio. Dm me if you have any questions 🩵
Kaaaaaaaaaate 🥹 i’m so glad you liked it! I had fun working on it; the banter was my favorite part to write lol. Thanks for the promo, too 🫂🩵
