A lot of people also spend way too much time online talking to other people who also spend too much time online, which contributes to DID self-diagnosis. Online support groups are, generally, not the place for serious discussion of DID. Seek a trauma-informed therapist if you haven’t yet

Communicating effectively with devs can certainly be a challenge. Even if they have good soft skills, as you mentioned, the urgency of the profession can feel overwhelming, because there’s always some new, “small” task that pops up and often turns out to be a much bigger task once the work begins

It’s astonishing to me how many tech-savvy people are willing to blindly trust AI services with their data. The AI peddlers talk a good game, but even a “black boxed” AI agent can be persuaded to peek beyond the bounds of its imaginary box.

Yeah, everybody would love to do less work. Have we considered thoroughly that they might be lying, or at least heavily exaggerating, about how easy it is? Or, a more likely scenario, have we considered that they might have stolen another human’s work & added some nice, generic AI shine on top?
Maybe learn to write your own clean code, stop paying people to give them access to your data, which they will definitely bend to their own ends, and stop relying on ever-deepening pools of bug-riddled dependencies. The rules of clean code aren’t less valuable just because AI ignores it
