if your giftee did not request a ship/medium you offered, or you were matched with someone you asked not to be matched with, please reach out to the mods within the next 48 hours. (before February 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST).
you MUST adhere to your giftee's DNW list. your piece should only include mcd and/or graphic violence archive warnings if your giftee opted into those in their request. your finished piece should also be SFW, as this is an all-ages exchange and mods are not age verifying participants
you may see some tropes/ships that you aren't comfortable creating for in your giftee's request, but there should be others for you to pick from. you are absolutely not required to create for anything you're uncomfortable with
you must create a piece for at least one relationship in your giftee's request, in a medium they requested. this doesn't have to be the ship/medium you matched on; it can be anything from your giftee's request. similarly, if you matched on multiple ships, you can freely pick whichever one you'd like
💗 assignments are out! 💗
you should be receiving an email from Ao3 shortly, which will have the details of your assignment. you can also access your assignment via the "assignments" tab on your ao3 profile (archiveofourown.org /users/[YOUR USERNAME HERE]/assignments)
matches will be released by the end of the day on february 21 (EST) at the absolute latest, but we're hoping to send assignments out earlier than that. we'll make another post once assignments have been sent 🫶
please also keep an eye the email associated with your ao3 account (or your discord DMs, if you are in the server), as mods may reach out to you if we have any questions
you do not have to give an explanation for your request, but please do not abuse this opportunity. we will continue accepting DNM requests for the next 24 hours (until february 15, 8PM EST)
