Ar I, Sec. 8, Cl. 11:
The Congress shall have Power . . . To declare War.
Is this a war?
Obviously.
Has Congress declared it?
Obviously not.
Is it illegal?
Gosh, no one has Art III standing, so the answer is unknowable.
(Correct answer: something is obviously wrong with standing doctrine).
I get everything pumpernickel, but what does that make "everything"? Is it also pumpernickel? If so, why have a separate category for everything pumpernickel? If not, then its claim to everythingness is a lie.

For a minute I thought this was slander of NSTB hero and Air Crash Investigations star Greg Feith:

S-3 Viking was the perfect aircraft for the "Mission Accomplished" speech. Need a 2-seater, obviously--President isn't going to do a carrier landing on his own (even GHWB). Old dudes may not fit in a Super Hornet, and look silly riding in the back. E2-C isn't a jet, sorry. Osprey too dangerous?
I mean, maybe it's Zurich and not Vienna, but that's a very risky bet to make.
I have previously thought that anon review would be a big improvement, and maybe it still would be. I worry a bit that it might exacerbate any problems with lazy/dishonest scholars vibe-writing articles with AI (or just spamming low-quality articles generally). But I could be wrong.
"You are publishing furiously to secure tenure. I am publishing furiously to pad out the negative cite counts of my rivals. We are not the same"
There should be a signal we can use to cite a work negatively, and cite counters should specifically exclude such citations. Or, better, they should track them separately so that we can ratio each other.

(yes I know it's Civ I but in that game global warming was triggered by pollution, the biggest source of which was nuclear weapons use)
Told you not to let Curt Cignetti rack up a killstreak that big
This seems profoundly unwise, Clemson's booster program is well protected in underground bunkers and, even if successful, strikes are likely to lead to unpredictable reprisal attacks against American interests across the SEC.

There's a convincing historical argument that the completely unreasonable success of the German invasion of France in 1940 was the pivotal event of the century because it convinced Hitler Barbarossa was possible (and that he should declare war on the USA). High on their own supply.
Found it, not as good as I remembered:
I made one of these once with mountain dew flavors and I cannot find it. In my mind it was perfect.

Itβs fucked up that Han Solo wonβt talk to Jabba in the Hutt language, which he clearly understands. You owe the slug money but youβre microsgressing him.
