I wish it were more powerful, to interfere with the rendering pipeline and, for example, _disable_ effects like those. I have used reshade twice, once to enhance the colors of Dragon's Dogma a bit, because it was a terribly drab game, and once (mostly unsuccessfully) to try to counteract the mandatory vignette and chromatic aberration in Elden Ring, which you can mod out but only if you play offline due to EAC.
