Today I learned two new techniques to delay climax. Pulling back the balls and putting pressure on the head were new to me. I will continue practicing these from now on.

Started something new.
I read about the positive effect sexmeditation can have on sexual endurance and increase of awareness and pleasure.
My goal is to have a stronger sexual self connection and better control.
I will write about my experiences and add videos of me doing excecises.
