Mixed media installation by Elizabeth Rennie featuring a vibrant arrangement of geometric shapes and vivid colors. The composition includes painted panels, a painted chair, a small table, an orange ladder, and blue translucent fabric. The floor and backdrop are integrated with abstract and geometric patterns, creating a dynamic interplay of textures and spatial elements.
Just finished this installation. Lord Jesus I’m tired but I’m proud of how it came out 🤟🏼
🤍
It's surprising how attitudes change. Last week, I hated this painting, but after a break, I see it differently. It's unique compared to my past work. I'm considering toning down the space, but for now, I'll leave it. It feels like it's trying to communicate something. #wip #painting #abstractart
Great idea, thanks for sharing
Intermission at 599Studios Lawrence, MA. Many thanks to Dianne Pappas for arranging this group of artists (and for installation/curatorial vision!!), many of whom I’ve admired from afar!!
Still reeling from the discoveries made by collaborating w/Boston-based performance artist Mariana Paz, seen here interacting with Obliteration Scrolls: Piles and Pages (Pillar Gallery, Concord, NH 10/19/24)
