His argument makes no sense either. They are not police. they are ice agents. they can only stop your vehicle and remove you from said vehicle with a warrant or under probable cause of an immigration violation. I don't think they have the jurisdiction to stop and remove citizens in the first place.

First They are not police. Second they are ICE and I could be wrong but ICE does not have the jurisdiction or authority to pull over citizens and remove them from their car.
