If the product is a story, you can say that there are many ways to write a story, which is true, and then you can claim that AI generation is just another valid method, which is false but sort of sounds like valid reasoning.

Really happy to see people still discover and appreciate Riven in 2026! Even today I see very few games taking worldbuilding and environmental storytelling to the level they did there.
Hope you enjoy the 1997 version as well, it is a lot less forgiving but it has great FMV characters.
