Overall, I’m impressed at how well the dialogue maintains the campy-as-hell action movie vibes while still feeling grounded and human.
I bought the Resident Evil 4 remake (Steam sale on now!) expecting to get a quick nostalgia fix and lose interest, then I ended up playing it all weekend. I’m thoroughly impressed with what I’ve seen so far (at Ch. 11) - it manages to stay true to the original while feeling like a totally new game.
