The main function of a #GLP1 is to slow down the digestive system so you feel more full. Two problems with this: Meds in the AM require 350 cals to metabolize therefore I must force myself to consume a protein shake and bar. Then I have to drink 2 coffees to get my guts moving again. Frustrating. 🤢
