It has code samples. It is also a great overview of your options in the o11y 2.0 space, incl vendors, OSS and hybrid.

Do we even know how to write this new type of license in a way that would be both valid and enforcable? Across current legislation of US, EU and other major countries? Compatible with planned legislation changes?
