This month flew by fast for once

Still watched after the initial viewing, but Lolita 1997 is fascinating in how good it's directed and has a wonderful score.....but lord it's nasty. Obviously. I would hope I come out thinking it's nasty, but I can see folks *not* coming out thinking otherwise and almost romantic....which...omg no.

Requiem for a dream: Amazing, powerful film, but it's one of the few films that pains me at the thought to watch again.

The Farm (2018): Was hoping it would be gore horror with depth...but it was just a snuff film.
