The press has to get their “sh@t” together. The fourth estate cannot pander to the administration. They need to tell the facts not the press release and dig deeper to give the American people and the world an understanding of what is happening. Facts analysis and put it together for us.

I offer several approaches to staying crearively motivated and I explained that for me 40 plus yesra doing it, the delicate balance between commercial projects and personal projects is a real tension. And part of my process is talking to them which is also self talk to me.

Last night In my professional practices class we discussed both books under the theme that as students they are driven by assignments and then they leave school - like many in the class in 12 weeks- and no one expects anything from them- that's when the resistance takes hold.

Of course the marketing bending algorithm has changed what I see and I find many sm sites disappointing and boring - so far @bsky.app has been feeding my, what about questions. Looking forward to more deep dives.

One of my super powers is curiosity - back in my school days encyclopedia’s and libraries is where I could feed my “hey what is ?” maps, photographs are all pathways to a deep dive in what ever question I have of the day. Fast forward to the www and I was hooked.
