If you donβt think fighting the fash in any of its guises is worthwhile, then turn away & have a quick pledge for mother Russia.
Iβm a bit of an ingenue to the data but do you think itβs credible that the govt. Is hoping to flip current unemployment into the sectors that immigrant labour would previously have fulfilled? (& at what point in time might we be able to consider their success - or otherwise)??
The last three words of this Headline are demonstrably irrelevant in all current circumstances.
Hannah Spencer has made an excellent analysis but without a credible solution it's just empty words.
why you so bothered with Labour?? Your lad Jack has all the answers - heβll be in power before we know it & utopia beckons. Labour just doing the groundwork for you.
As a professional military strategist, I just wanted to make sure everyone has a full understanding of the American strategy in Iran, thank you for your attention to this matter
I get that Labour is the main story but if weβre talking humiliation then the Tories losing their deposit surely merits more than one sentence of nine words buried in six pages of news and analysis
The Green vote was 11% higher than constituency polls, and Labour's 4% below polls. Reform result was in line with polls. This suggests tactical voters went Green to ensure Reform were stopped. Tactical voting was the real story of the last general election, and will be the story of the next one.

It is refreshing (if also depressing) to see a journalist honest enough to recognise what the Mandelson appointment and defenestration tells us about our media and our politics.
Have written about a week where the hypocrisy of much of the media was laid bare (and address mine).
I also write about the truth Starmer cannot say: he appointed Mandelson to the court of Trump not in spite of the Epstein connection but in a sense, because of it. open.substack.com/pub/goodalla...
Sir Ian McKellen performing a monologue from Shakespeareβs Sir Thomas More on the Stephen Colbert show. Never have I heard this monologue performed with such a keen sense of prescience. Nor have I ever been in this exact historical moment.TY Sir Ian, for reaching us once again.
