In this particular scene, she is protecting her tribe from unwanted 'guests'. Younger N'ami finds it painful to see the destruction, but she's begging her older self to place the blade down. Younger N'ami's eyes are filled with tears, concerned that this will only make her slip even further from healing. N'ami's blade has always been guided by other forces and never herself, so this is a very difficult piece/pose to make 💔
