So I went and reached out to a maker over Discord, and they gave me a quote. I told them that I wouldn't be able to pay a deposit for a little while, and they were ok with that.

But then the VERY NEXT WEEK, they messaged me and told me that they starting working on it.

WHY!? I haven't paid yet!

A little PSA for fursuit makers out there

PLEASE DO NOT assume that once you give your clients a quote, that means that you can immediately start working on the suit. At least wait until they're able to pay the deposit.

I've just had this happen to me over Discord, and I'm mad.
