A self-souping stone, I like it. It would be fun to share the soups that scholars are making. I know one who used Claude to add Mac quick actions to format footnotes, check references, and suggest revisions in Word files.
Self-driving cars are a helpful comparison for me. Any person can set the destination. If the car gets them there safely, that’s great. But if the driver needs to watch the road and take control at any point, they better know how to drive.

Jaj, Jessica and I made a spreadsheet and we marked posters that were visually creative, engaging and represented key parts of the DH community. It took some work, but I could imagine adding all the conference posters in future years.
In addition to the PDF, we made a coffee table book version. If your DH center or library would like to purchase a print copy, please write to me apjanco@princeton.edu preview of the book here: www.whitewall.com/us/editor/co...

I hear DOGE has come to NEH. NEH Chair Shelly C. Lowe (of the Navajo Nation) is out, and acting chair is Michael McDonald, best known for his legal career fighting affirmative action.
