I realize that 'read this year' doesn't mean much when we're barely two full months through the year, but I'm generalizing to 'all ARCs that I've read to be published in the year 2026, including the ones I read in the tail end of 2025'. Which is... 21 so far!
'The Unheld' has been one of my favorite horror books that I've read this year, and I definitely recommend you all check it once it's published! It's been a great year for debut authors, imo.
