Underworlds is one of my favourite games GW make (along with Middle Earth). It’s so, SO good! Only played one game of the new edition yet, but playing more on Thursday! 🤩

I was always told to try and copy the box art first. Then tweak. Now I often will stand up myself, work out what looks kinda fun and try and replicate initially and then make it a bit more extreme. It helps me get joints that bend in a natural way.

Sound advice. Cheers! Guessing microsol/microset is the way forward for transfers too…

That’s fair. I’ve got a HG Aerial and a RG RX-93 Nu Gundam arriving in the morning. Got another HG in my pile. Might try and practice the panel lining and maybe decals on the 2 HGs before going to town on the RG. Any tips?

Tbf, that’s at least half the joy of Gundam. If I want to add detail and paint (and at some point I might attempt that!) I can.

I have managed to paint some of my mine!! Admittedly I’ve still got half of Indomitus to even build….

I built my first in the first lockdown. I’ve only built about 15-20 since then, but have got a little backlog for the start of 2025 to keep me going. It’s nowhere near my Warhammer pile tho… 😂

I’ve mostly just built “as is” but tried panel lining on the SD above for basically the first time!

I love how Gunpla has become a massive thing amongst the Warhammer adjacent community. The kits are SO much better than a GW kit (as much as I love GW kits!) in organisation, gimmicks, technology and price!

Honestly? I have no idea what that means; I don’t watch the shows, I just like the kits!
