100%, this is entirely on the club, not on him personally. Slip ups and mistakes can happen, but they're orders of magnitude more likely to happen when the club is going to shit and you get thrown to the wolves in a UCL away match on a difficult surface by a manager none of the team want to play for

That substitution reflects on the manager and the recruitment team more than Kinsky.

He's had no minutes for months and has been thrown in to this. The errors are bad, but that could have killed his entire career.

I honestly feel bad for Kinsky on a human level. It's awful to be in that situation.

But that's a career-ender for him. There's no way he can come back from this at Spurs. He needs to find some quiet club in Belgium and get Loris Karius on speed-dial.
