thinking about her scents again since i'm back to self studying herbalism (this isn't *everything* each herb is capable of but it's a starting point. herbs have a lot of overlap with medicinal uses with usually either some uses or method of intake that separates one from another). i'll be honest i'm not familiar with vervain (verbena) since it's not common where i'm at or in local apothecary circles in my city eucalyptus: anti-inflammatory, antibacterial (also like an antiseptic), antibiotic, tonic, an astringent, (very common for epsom salts to help soothe muscles i.e. i use this as part of my daily medical routine) beeswax: used in herbal salves when preparing topical medications as a key ingredient, as well as various skin treatments vervain (verbena): anti-inflammatory, reduces anxiety, helps with sleep wild mint: helps with digestive health, respiratory issues, stress and anxiety, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and it can help reduce cortisol levels (very interesting for marsha to have this scent) i do wanna get more into the brass tacks of this soon so i may do a full write up when we get 3.3 globally
