Tonight I’m running session 12 of a Temple of Elemental Evil campaign which was one of the first things I ran when I was like 9 years old.
The players are a lot smarter than they used to be.

I have run maybe 8 or 9 sessions of Desperation. This was my first voyage of the Isabell. Such good writing. Such a great system. I hope it inspires many more games.

I think a lot about how relationship maps can drive design and play. Here's a map for a six-character game that includes lines of affinity and also primary motivations proximal to characters. Everyone but the king has at least one one-sided relationship. Everyone knows exactly what to do.
