Rights for Peace is one of 120+ NGOs to strongly oppose US attempts to sanction the ICC @intlcrimcourt.bsky.social. The US Hse of Reps passed "Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act" on 9 Jan. We expect Senate will follow, making sweeping measures against the Court and its staff law. bit.ly/3DSz3Ls

The ICC should investigate what the US calls genocide in Sudan. On 7 January 2025, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken determined that genocide had occurred in Sudan.
