If you worked a substantive part-time job during the academic year, you should have your degree upgraded by one increment. 2:1 to 1st. 2:2 to 2:1, etc. This reflects the time handicap that your rich peers didn't suffer.

No itβs not. It means you canβt afford / donβt want to pay a decent amount in comparison to other employers for similar roles.
2020 was a good-sounding year. I looked forward to it for years before. Mathematically itβs great, I turned 40 (20+20), and we had loads of great plans.

If only every school leader was brave enough to focus on thr wider picture, Iβm sure our schools would be happier, friendlier, and generally nicer places to be.
those children who are so disregulated because of (often horrific) circumstances beyond their control that all they need is to feel wanted, belonging, and love.
Those, in other words, who our education system is set up to label as failures.
we also focus on those children and families for whom getting out of the house and into school in the morning is a massive achievement, those who find the classroom environment overwhelming and need personalised, individualised support, andβ¦
