If you worked a substantive part-time job during the academic year, you should have your degree upgraded by one increment. 2:1 to 1st. 2:2 to 2:1, etc. This reflects the time handicap that your rich peers didn't suffer.

No it’s not. It means you can’t afford / don’t want to pay a decent amount in comparison to other employers for similar roles.
2020 was a good-sounding year. I looked forward to it for years before. Mathematically it’s great, I turned 40 (20+20), and we had loads of great plans.

If only every school leader was brave enough to focus on thr wider picture, I’m sure our schools would be happier, friendlier, and generally nicer places to be.
