Made a spreadsheet of ICE Licence Plates and checked the registrations. The Illinois Secretary of State has asked for reports of illegal plate swapping

If prisoners are doing this for no pay, that means non-prisoners are not given the opportunity to earn a fair wage for doing that work. What sewing jobs can they get on the outside if all the work is in the prisons. Slavery by another name.
