Military service. Had anyone told 22 y/o me that I was about to serve 6 years in the Air Force, I would have laughed at them. 30+ years later, I’m very proud to have done it, and it set the stage for the career I still have today.
I’m guilty of this with music - I didn’t really appreciate a lot of the “greats” until I was in my mid-30s.
Thought it would merit setting up an account here while we wait for the rich guy to run the “other” platform in to the ground…
